Site Overlay Reprot absent! in Google Analytics

One of the cool features in Google Analytics is Site Overlay report:
[google.com...]

The funny thing is that I cannot find the link for this report in the first place. It is absent in my stats! Too bad.

(As seen in the graphic from the link above, a link for the Site Overlay report should exist between that for "Top Exit Points" and "Initial Navigation". My stats show no link between them at all! What's going on?)

In Urichin report what are the features that helps us tooptimize Adsense?

The site overlay feature is not in google.com/analytics. It is in your adwords account under the analytics tab.
