Are you sure that there are no sites not in channels?

You will get paid based on your total earnings, whether or not the channels are reporting them as you want them to.

I know you still want to fix the channels problem but I think it helps to know that you won't lose any money because of it....

only for few websites i have added Sub page url

That is your problem. You have created some duplications of your stats.

if you use "Advanced Reports" with "Aggregate data" option, you should get the same (or very close) earnings

netaxis, you don't need to delete the channels, if you find the information useful from the individual channels. As Hunderdown said, the way you set up your channels doesn't affect your income - it simply provides you with different "views" on your income. Rather than simplifying your channel reporting, which may be less useful to you, you can use "Custom Reports" to define reports that contains non-overlapping channels. For example, you might have:
  • A "domains" report that contains all your high level domains (www.mysite1.com, www.mysite2.com, etc.)
  • A custom report for one of your domains:(www.mysite1.com/page1.htm, www.mysite1.com/page2.htm)
  • Similar custom reports for other domains
  • You could other reports that summarise the performance of your key pages from each site

Custom reports provide a good way of keeping track of your income when you have a lot of channels. But don't ever look at the total for all channels, because it is meaningless.

I noticed some problems a couple of days ago where the saved file (October) would give me this months income....playing with different ways to view it would eventually bring up the right one.

When I would get the right month and then try to see channels the info returned was again for this month. Just have to swing with it until they fix the glitch.
