All DNS lookup are fine. Could be that they just took a few servers down and the ones left can't handle the traffic or some kind of DDos is going on.

That is what shows up in place of my ads once the browser gives up on trying to retrieve the page. Thats in Firefox. Now that I check in IE it is causing my pages to load incredibly slowly, but I never get the error message.

Looks like they're working on "Google accounts" now. All the services including adsense, groups, sitemaps, etc. are not available.

Thanks for the info. I don't think that's the problem and I don't think they are working on all their sites at one time. Looks like someone is messing with them tonight. These guys at Google are pretty smart. I'm sure they already have a game plan for stuff like this.

Adsense is working here, but other Google services are still not working. Something is going on, but we'll probably never here what as long as everything is back to normal tomorrow morning.

I hope you're not serious, an hour of downtime is a lot of money! Not to mention Google goes down and takes down MILLIONS of sites with them.

This does seem like something they are doing. Since it started at midnight PST. Many Internet portals start upgrades or changes at midnight, their time.

My site is taking 5 minutes to load that with no adsense ads showing(just a blank space in place of ad)

This could be low traffic time for ppl in USA but in UK its highest business hours.

Blogger.com and Blogspot.com are still dead sticks here in Texas, USA. I can get into Adsense now and Google search. I haven't tried anything else in the past 30 minutes. Maybe I should check a news site and see if there have been an earthquakes in NCA.

Adsense is off all of my sites now. Whether it is a huge G update, or DDOS attack, I don't care, YPN is now on ALL of my sites.

Oh you have GOT to be kidding!

I've spent the past HOUR modifying a template, checking it, and then when it loads all screwy I figured I had screwed up the CSS somehow and kept starting over! (Mixing PHP, CSS, and the AdSense Ad)

As soon as I removed the ad the site displays fine as do all my mods! GAH!

I only found this out by leaving my editor on the preview pane while I was doing something else. I left the room and it was wrong, I came back and it was displaying OK.

--Annoyed--

(Hopefully it's up soon, as my income has been up lately. The more downtime, the more $ I lose)

Here's to hoping that the update or whatever they're doing is good for us.
