HI all,

I have a very important and urgent question regarding my friend's website who signed up with the Adsense recently.

The problem is that the email addresse he used for signing up was already registered with the adsense but he does not know how this email was used and who used it. So, he was denied to participate in the adsense.

Now after great struggle he got the password for his old adsense id but he is unalbe to know that which site was registered with the adsense with his old email.

SO THAT MAIN QUESTION STARTS HERE WHICH IS THAT HOW CAN HE KNOW THAT WHICH SITE WAS REGISTERED WITH THE ADSENSE, WITH HIS OLD EMAIL ID? HOW CAN HE COME TO KNOW ABOUT THE WEBSITE, WHICH WAS REGISTERED WITH HIS OLD ID?

ANY HELP IN THIS MATTER WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECICATED.

PLEASE REPLY SOON.

THANKS

I'm sure the all caps will be popular with the mods.

To your question:
Since he now has access to his adsense id, the pub-####### part of the code, he can look through the web for sites using that id. Too bad google doesn't let you search in the html source of the web.

There aren't any url channels in the account?

He can also look at the personal details registered in the my account tab. The bank account/tax ID and name has to be correct for someone else to have had any use of the account. That's a good starting point.

Are there any earnings there? Take a look at the payment history.

Also, change the password ASAP.

Did he already have an adwords account with that email? When I registered for adsense the first time I used the same email as I use with adwords and was told that the email was already in use.

Maybe you registered your friend's email just to get him in trouble?

You know, practical jokes are integral part of friendship.

So are you saying that anyone that has an adwords account is pre-approved for adsense? :)

Seriously though, what did you have to do to get into adsense? Contact google and have them fix it or just log in/reset the password?

Maybe this has something to do with their coming rollout of Google Accounts for both AW & AS...
