My CTR suddenly dropped 75% today!

Today, my ctr suddenly dropped by 75%. The ctr is consistent for months, traffic is the same, I checked my sites and the ads are the same. I hope it's just a delay in reporting... otherwise a disaster.

Anyone else experiencing the same today?

I agree swebbie, but at least a bad toothache is explainable. The bad toothache, which we have come to call "smart pricing", defies any clear, rational consensus.

Its called a freak day people freak out when they see a 1% change u can't expect people to click these ads the same every day every week there is always going to be a veriation you can't change that. Your relying on people to click your ads which isn't a reliable source because people are unpredictible.

Hmm.. I have had a very bad ecpm today, among the worst days this month.. over the past 12 hours the earnings havent changed much (thats strange) altho impressions are going up and ctr going down.

Ok it was probably just a delayed in reporting. I just got substantial credit, with only one click and no impression in one of my channels, few minutes at the start of the day.

good for you.. yesterday ended up being the worst day the entire month ecpm wise. The epc seems to have tanked. Today has started off ok though.. hopefully its not permanent :S

If Adsense wants to stay on my pages there had better be a massive click dump on its way. I wasn't amused at yesterday's click prices or EPM.

About 10 days ago, I removed some of the ad blocks from some pages, some of which were just showing up as blank spaces. From reading many posts here, I assumed that eCPM would improve. Not so. Five of my last six days have been among the worst in a long time.

As usual, I can't explain it.
