There has probably been discussions about this topic recently but I just found this site today! I got my "click settlement notice" on the 20th of last month and need help to understand a few things.
What kind of click fraud did they commit?
Have they been calculating traffic as per click instead of per repeat clicks from your competitors; which should 1 charge per IP?
or is it more sinister than that?
I couldn't fully understand the email as it is full of technical jargon that I just don't understand!
Why is the lawyers recieving 33% of the settlement?
Please help!
