i wonder if this is going to be the end of the constant positive buzz in the press... which in turn likely leads to more and more advertisers coming on board.
i hope that adsense publishers wont feel this too much going forward.

That's why Google is going BIG time into wireless internet & mobile communication... That will open up a whole new ealm of advertsing opportunities for LOCAL markets...
That's whay many small business want. Someone's visiting an unfamiliar city and wants a bit to eat. He/she Google search's his/her laptop and/or cell phone for "Gotham City restaurants".... and all the closest restaurants that advertised are displayed for consideration... with driving map.
This type of personal, locational, mobile exchange of information & advertsing will be a GOLD mine a few years out...
What we now consider as searching will eventaully become a lessor fraction of Google's revenue... generated from people doing research or or idle surfing...
"Right now need it" mobile searches will become the BIG money-maker for Google.
So... don't worry about YOUR earnings.... Google is working on expanding the online advertsing market for the benefit of us all.
