Update: No Geico Adwords anymore. Geico, has now has a natural #1 listing.

Has a deal been cut or is the removal of Geico based adwords pending the outcome of the case?

Is there is a new google policy where I can stop people from using my trademarked company name in their adword seach? I am the Kleenex of widgets.:)
