NEW YORK (Reuters) - Web search leader Google Inc., which has filed for a $2.7 billion initial public offering, has applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq Stock Market Inc. (OTC BB:NDAQ.OB - news), the company said in a regulatory filing on Monday.
