help expanding div in firefox

how do I get the background to expand to bottom of browser

Hi there,

I am having a bit of difficulty in getting the background of one of my divs to expand right down to the bottom of the browser. It is fine in IE but not in Firefox. It only seems to be in the pages where there is little content, for example here: [horsesharesuk.com...]

could you apply the background to the <body> tag instead, instead of the div?
because, height-wise, the div will only expand to contain what's in it.
