mac and IE5 scroll is block!

Hello people i have made a site with some div.

but a friend of my cannot scroll down the page why?

Internet Explorer 5.01 (Edition Mac)
Power PC G4 avec MAC OS 9.2.2 (french version).

Well, I doubt the problem has anything to do with the fact that it's IE5 on a Mac. Are you using any form of overflow control on the page? Such as overflow:#####?

Does the scrollbar appear for your friend?

and yes the scrollbar is on. but dont move
