upon overing delivers diffent content

Is this possible? Only CSS no JS
Scenario:
Imagine a left section and a right section
Right section has an USEMAP Image
Left section is only text

Overing different sections of the image should deliver a different left hand side content

I do this for a little gallery which is fine for it uses <img src> and not <a href
but to deliver an html doc or an include?
