I was curious as to what styles should be used for a print version of your site. The only downside to having a pure css site is that if you work with a designer that likes seeing a hardcopy of the site, you need to create a print version...

What's the best way to go about this?

Just take a screenshot and print it as an image; "Print Scrn" button in Windows and paste, or ksnapshot or The Gimp's built in tool in Linux. Much easier :-)
