Scrollbar height control

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to control the height of a vertical scroll bar using CSS and not frames? Got one that's too tall for the background box in some browsers.

Not sure exactly what you are describing, but maybe you could use a div with overflow:scroll or auto and set the height of that.
