Please help me regarding promotion!

I want to replace the <td>,<tr> tag by <div> tag using css. I want to know that If I do so does it effect my already promoted pages.

Any changes might affect how search engines see your pages...there's just no guarantees becuase search engines will not publicize their secret recipes.

However, if your content stays exactly the same, and your new syntax is valid and clean, you are unlikely to see any negative effect due to a change to css-p instead of tables. In fact some people report an improvement.
