You don't have permission to access / on this server. 403-error. Maybe you were misled by the Nillson/Nielsen similarity and thought it's a pun or hoax, but maybe it's just filepermissions set wrong.
It used to be plain text, like those early HTML 2.0 sites, at the time this thread started. If you have Firefox and the Web Developer extension, go to CSS / Display by Media Type / Print - and then you have what it looked like.
