Image link displaying border

I have an image that i am setting up as a link and it it displaying an unwanted boarder around it i have checked thru the rest of the CSS code and have removed all borders to see if it would help i even set the a {text-decoration: none; border: 0%;} and that still did n ot remove the border. Does anyone have any suggestions on this

Set the border on the IMG to zero.

Thanks I got it just before i read this when setting to 0 for some reason it still showed i had to do border: none; and it took the border away
page is looking better every day
