Can someone explain how I get my layers to reposition themselves if a window is resized?
I have a layer on my site that I am using to position a shoutbox in a specific are of my site. If I resize the window then the layer stays where it is and ends up out of place. I dont have a url as its not yet uploaded to any webspace.

I've now uploaded the basics of what I have. My screen resolution is currently at 1024x768 so the text is where i would like the shoutbox to be. If your using a different res, or window size then I suspect the text will be elsewhere with relation to my actual site template. Basically, on my web template, where it says shout box (behind the text), this is where I would ultimately like my shoutbox to be.

I'm not sure on positioning divs etc, and how it should be done, never used the before. If you may have any suggestions as how I can do this, or maybe an alternative solution?
