I have a table with 1 row and 2 columns.
In the first cell I want to show 20 links and based on the link selected I want to change content in the second cell.
The cells are fixed width and height. I would like to have vertical and horizontal scroll capacity for the second cell.
Can anyone please help me with a sample.

Sounds to me like you would be best off using an iframe...
Have you tried that?
