CSS quirks across platforms

I know that IE on a Mac has different CSS issues than IE on Windows. Are there differences in Opera and Firefox across platforms for a given version?

There are some differences... and there are various charts telling you about the differences, and how they express themselves. However, one thing I've found when comparing one chart to the other is that there are always minor differences between them, depending on method of testing, how detailed and thorough the tests (and documentation) were... Plus, there are always instances where a "quirk" may be triggered in one scenario, but not the other.

Take the charts with a pinch of salt. They should server as mere guidelines.
To find an array of good (and some not so good) charts, google (or whatever your favorite SE is) for "css browser support chart".
