Basically I am wondering if there is a way to check sites I design for compatibility & accessibility in browsers that I donīt have (I only have IE 6.0) If you are curious as to why I only have the one browser, feel free to read the next paragraph. Oh also for whatever reason the "view code" option for IE stopped working entirely. Do you have any idea why it might have stopped working or how to fix it?
Okay, I have some major software issues. Namely, I have no software! My friend and I are living in Portugal & our nice sweet roommate has lent us a computer. However he doesnīt trust us to install anything ourselves, and although he has been promising for about six weeks to install certain basics, as of yet, nothing. Considering that we are getting the computer for free and my own computer was supposed to arrive 3 weeks ago, we havenīt made a fuss about it, but as you can imagine it is supremely frustrating when you are trying to set up a web design business.
The view source not working is wierd. You might have spyware installed. You can use Ad-Aware from [lavasoftusa.com...]
Also, browsercam.com is a neat site that lets you preview your site in several browsers and provides screenshots. I know there are lots of other sites that provide a similar service.
