Column Wrap (like a newspaper?)

Is it possible to have text run down to the bottom of a page, and then wrap over onto the next column if it goes over the full length of the page?

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, cerinunn!

A very interesting question! My instinct is to say no. I don't think that this can be done automatically.

Hi cerinunn,

Yep, Welcome to Webmaster World [webmasterworld.com].

Don't know if this is what you want, but take a look at the International Herald Tribune site, www.iht.com. Click on one of the main articles on the front page and see how they set up the article page in a default 3-column format with usr display and type size controls.

Haven't looked at it too closely but it uses a combination of javascript and css to perform its magic.

The Herald Tribune site does this in IE and Mozilla, but not in Opera!

It's a nice feature, but seems like it would take a fair amount of effort to get it right.
