Is the "Contact Us" button an exercise in futility?

Has anyone had a response from the Adwords customer service folks lately? I've been having trouble for the past 5 days. I've sent 3 emails to Google, but only get a message that emails are usually answered within the next business day.

I received my answer from Adwords. In my attempt to advertise widgets for infants/toddlers, the keywords were flagged (I suspect because they could have been misinterpreted to indicate an adult site). Pretty funny, now that I think of it....
