Adult Adwords on Regular searches

Should this happen?

Just did a regular non adult related search on Google and saw an Adult Adword.

The search was an allinurl search for my domain so the bid word I suppose could have been allinurl or part of my domain name.

Are there any regulations on the words Adult sites can bid on - there must be some protection to stop these adwords appearing on purely non-adult searches surely?

Weve seen this before too. We assume that they can come up in the period between a new adword ad going live and google catching up with it. It has always been a very brief time, but agreed it still is of some concern.
