adwords time-zone settings

what time zone settings google adwords is using?

I guess must be something between GMT - 8 and GMT -5 since it's in the USA but it'd help to know the exact setting

and does anyone knows the same about overture?

and espotting must be using GMT, right?

Both Overture and Adwords use PST5PDT, AFAIK. So it's UTC -7 now, and UTC -8 in non daylight savings time. I'm speaking of Overture US and google.com; I don't know if it is different for international accounts.
