That is the maximum cost per click you will be charged. You should not put a max CPC higher than what you are willing to pay. Most of the time your actual cpc will be lower but if the right conditions exist, you could get charged at or very close to your max cpc so be careful.

yeah thats what i thought.
you know i have to put it high in order to get anywhere near rank 4-10 and thus ever have a chance
my money still is sucked away and nobody buys from my store :(
