I know Google claims you can't target specific content partners, but I'm wondering if that's true. Anyone know how the content-related stuff translates into keywords?

That's incredibly high! Are you sure you have enabled search network ads? For most advertisers, search network ads account for most of the clicks.

However, it does seem that Google relates certain keywords to pages on certain sites, and I was wondering if there was anyway tell what those are.
On the fact of 95% of our clickthroughs coming from one site, its not really that surprising. The search terms we're current buying are pretty general like "stock", because when people are searching on Google, they do pretty general things.
The one site that we get most of our clickthroughs from is associated with a more specific task, and people using that site are more in tune with what we're providing. Basically, we're getting all of our clicks from people doing stock quotes on cbs.marketwatch.com. People looking for quotes are a good match for us, in other words.
Perhaps when I figure out what that narrower set of keywords is, our general search clicks would go up too, but I doubt it, because people don't do stock quotes via google.
