Help Required_Campaign Suspended

Error message with Adword account as Campaign Suspended

Hi All,

I would like your kind suggestions on the following problems that i am facing at the moment.

I ve an account with GOOGLE Adwords and we opened it long back in January 06 but never used it and now when we are entering the keywords and the description we are getting an error as the "CAMPAIGN SUSPENDED".
We have selected the payment method as bank transfer.

Kindly suggest me what to do to start with Adword account.

It means that transfered money were spent.

Send money and campaign will start again after the money comes.
