Becomming a Google expert!

seeking advice on advanced adwords software/training

Hi,
I have been managing our company Adwords account now for about a year, and I have a reasonable understanding of how it operates.

I would now like to build my expertise, by using more professional analytical tools and techniques to optimise our account.

Can anyone recommend anything that might be worth trying, from new software to training courses, to turn a casual adwords user into an expert!

Are you aware of the free AdWords Learning Center? Lots of good info there, available as multimedia and/or text lessons.
