Just curious if anyone has heard anything about it. I have yet to receive any thus far. It was for the day a couple weeks ago when some ads were giving an error yet being counted. Some ads worked, others did not.

I am still waiting for click credit, all my ads generated server errors that day and like many I was charged full whack, some 6-800£

I have emailed twice as well as speaking with my rep to ensure the event was documented properly and passed on. I have no credit yet but have been 'assured' that my account is to be examined by the engineers, quite when this will be I don't know.

Frankly though the replies I have had are not timely and are of the polite but vague 'can't really say when it will be resolved' variety.

Has anyone here got any credit yet for those dead clicks, I would be interested to hear if so.

Shouldn't have to repeatedly ask for a credit review like this, its expensive enough as it is. Mistakes can happen of course but they should be dealt with quickly.
