I have submitted the help in the support form. I waited more than a week but no response from them. Who has the direct telephone number or direct e-mail?

I have waited several months for an answer to one question. This is despite raising it on here FAO AWA and sending a couple of polite reminders.
Maybe some questions are just invisible? :(

Hmm, well I had some concerns on Friday that I emailed abuse support about and used the contact form, and I received reponses back from both teams today.
