So far calls into Google have been a black hole, lasts weeks phone calls did not even show up in Googles records today. Accounts turned back on - have reverted back to active and offline after a day or two.
We have seen this with, 2 - 3% of our accounts and thought it was just a glitch but the more we find the more concerned we are getting. Any assistance appreciated.
New wrinkle: Today we notice a self canceled account - On Dec. 2nd, valid credit card, relevant terms for national franchise.
We are also seeing Credit Card transactions not processing. Perfectly fine card, not going through so something is up at Google.
However, this is a new random emial that came in today - " We have cancelled your Google AdWords account at your request. "
To our dismay no one cancelled any account and now we are working hard to try to determine why Adwords appears to be failing across the board.
Frankie, Cindy, and other members of the Google Adwords Customer Service continue to look into it and the result has been a disaster.
Sites are still offline and other worrisome credit card issues are coming into play and Google cannot solve anything.
This lapse in Customer Support is a real concern, since when you need real help. All Google seems to be able to do is pass the buck and say will respond in 24 hours which was over 30 - 40 hours ago.
