I just noticed a key phrase for "blue widgets" was (disapproved) and it had nothing to do with CTR. There is nothing I can find that mentions why a phrase would be (disapproved) Any guesses?

Is the phrase "blue widgets" a trademark of some kind?

Google should email you telling you WHY the specific keyword is disabled.

Google will email you and tell you why it was disapproved.

You can either email them and explain your case, or call them directly to explain it.

My experience was that in most cases they were right, and in one they were wrong.

I have found the AdWords people to be very helpful in explaining why, and very forthright in acknowledging if they made a mistake, even to the point of putting a special note on my account.

My advice is to communicate. From my experience, I have a great respect for their customer service system.
