adwords UK contact number

is there one and if not why not

hi everyone,

i was wondering if there was a number to get through to anyone for adwords support befre 3pm GMT. It is a right pain in the behind to have to build up queries and then call at 3pm. We have a problem and can't sort it out.

Any help appreciated.

There is no UK contact number only email correspondence. I actually called up the US number and they were glad to help even though I am a UK customer.

yeah, i can call them after 3pm when they start work and there is no problem then. it is just frustrating not being able to speak to someone before then when you have a problem.

How long does it take to get through normally? Being an international call the quicker the better I would hope!

usually about 2 mins to get through.

not sure of the costs to be honest, i don't get to see the phone bills. thats the acc's depts job.

There is a UK number but it is only given out when you are allocated an Account Manager. This is dependent on a high monthly spend.

would $20,000 per month be enough to qualify for an account manager?

We have our account in $ not £ as that was the case when we opened the account. could this be a factor in it?
