Hi,

Some company "X" is using our product name as their keyword and title without any legal partnership with us.If someone would please let me know the adword support ID and what legal action can be taken in this case.

You can follow this TM complaint proceedure:

[google.com...]

that will stop the company from using your TM in their ad copy and display URL.

Anything else probably has to be taken up with the company directly.

If someone trademarked the name "Their State Widget," they could stop any other firm one running an Adwords Ad with the exact words "There State Widget" combination?
