AdWords Select

"AdWords Select" Ad shows as "Sponsored Link"

I just checked an "AdWords Select" campaign for one of our clients. I could hardly believing the click through rate of over 14% for a very competitive term (there are 6 other ads running for this term).

Making the search on Google, I found the ad on the top of the page, in the "Sponsored Links" section. Thatīs where the high click through rate is coming from, very nice.. :) But is this official? I never heard of a way to get in the "Sponsored Links" section through Adwords Select. Beta-Testing? Bug? Or am I missing something?
