My UK Google Adwords account got suspended a few weeks ago.
However, because of their payment mechanism, there's about $350 of un-used funds (credits) in the account, which have been taken of my credit card already.
Adwords have ignored the support messages I sent over the past 2 weeks asking how I can get this amount back. We don't have a telephone contact in the UK, so anyone experienced this before and knows what the process is?
I'm hoping there's someway I can get these funds back, as it doesn't sound right/legal that they can suspend accounts (not give me a reason why) and keep the balances.
Why not contact your credit card company and ask them to do a chargeback?
Its not ideal, but should get you your funds back.
