Is AdWords being worked on?

Hi, I usually just read forums and don't ever post.. but I need some answers! I used to spend around $40 a day and these days I'll be lucky to get $2 spent. Everything has come to a screeching halt and no optimization or tools such as the budget optimizer seem to be any help.

So the question is this. Has Google acknowledged that there is a problem and it is being worked on? If so I can go back into the shadows and patiently wait for the fix. If not, and the few of us with problems are an insignificant minority to Google, then I guess I need to take my business elsewhere.

Yea I see others are having some problems. I've been following these forums very closely for the last few days. But the question remains- has Google acknowledged that the system is broken and it is being worked on? Has anyone heard anything?

Google will never publicly acknowledge that there is something wrong.

What you can do is to email Adwords support and see if they can help there.

Meanwhile, you should really try to diversify your traffic source so that you aren't dependent on Adwords only.

Thanks, maybe I'll see if they will respond through email then.. and funny you mention diversify since I just signed up with overture a couple hours ago. Still hoping this is a bad dream and it revert back to the old algorithm soon, or at least something that works similarly (=
