Since I'm sure many of you out there have experience directly with their staff, I'm curious if they have told you any possible gems about their service that could be of use to all of us.
I don't want to give too much away about what I know (yet), but one small thing I was told is how their clients are broken into a number of tiers based upon their spending.

I really don't have that many problems with adwords so I don't talk to their staff that much, so I never really get anything out of them. Maybe I should just try calling them up and chatting. It sounds like it might be worth the effort. :)
