I have a book on adwords and he mentions the ability to name the campaigns. I do not see this and I am asking google but i thought this might be quicker. Thanks.

if I understand what you are asking, when you log into the account the campaign name is listed under "Campaign Summary".
To change this you click on the name and then click on "Edit Campaign Settings" which is right up under the name beside your daily budget.
