I'd appreciate at best an expert answer or at least an opinion :)
I have 2 campaigns, each has one country specified.
Each campaign uses the same keywords
When a searcher from country A searches will they always be guided to their country's campaign for the keyword or could they get skipped because Google sees the keyword in country B and says wrong country for this searcher, so no show?
Ideally, I'd hope that Google takes inventory of the available countries offered in an account before searching for a match for a searcher's keyword. But you never know.....
I doubt I explained that well...
Thanks,

If a user is situated in Country A then they will see the ads from the campaign targeting Country A. The fact that you have another campaign with the same keywords targeting another country will have no impact on whether Google displays your ad or not.
Inventory levels per country have no impact on which ad will be shown. In your case which ad to show will depend on the searcher location.
