Does anybody know what the current delay is between an ad
showing in Google and then AOL? In my experience it has
usually been between 3-5 days - now it's been almost 7 do
I am getting kind of worried. (The ad is very plain and
straighforward and 99% the same as the previous one; I doubt
that I have violated any of their guidelines)

3-5 days seems to be the norm but I've seen ads take as long as 10 days to make it over to AOL. There must be humans involved somewhere. ;)

Adwords don't go on to AOL or the other partner sites until they have been reviewed by a google editor. A few weeks ago I had one that seemed to be taking a long time to get onto AOL and I emailed adwords.

They replied pretty quickly saying that it was approved. So an email to adwords won't do any harm and may even hurry up the approval.

Update - I contacted google, got a reply within couple of hours (as well as the ad approval). I would say this is a pretty god customer service!
