For some reason, tonight, AdWords was giving me an "incorrect e-mail and password" message.
It was the same for all 7 of my accounts.
Hmmmm. Very odd indeed.
In my several years on the phone with advertisers, I've heard of this maybe a dozen times - and it has always turned out to be a 'Caps Lock On' issue. It's kind of a fooler, because while the email address is not case sensitive, the password is.
For this reason, the Caps Lock being "On" can be a show stopper - and it could also explain why it happened to seven accounts.
I'm not saying that this didn't happen though, louki and llarson00. And, if this does happens to anyone, I'd be really appreciative if you were to send the details to the support team, using the 'Contact Us' link within the account in question.
If there is a glitch, it's way easier to track down with some actual examples to work from.
