I found that my ads are displayed on any single query even if daily budget is set far under the suggested one, till the budget is reached.

Isn't supposed the displaying frequency of the ads is slowed down by a low daily budget?

Pratically, on any single try on google, any time of the day, i can see my ads displayed wether i supposed to have them displayed, let say, 1 on 5 try, having set a low budget.

How is it? Is it normal, I'm misunderstanding what budget/displaying optimization means?

Basically you are right, it should be that way.

But I heard many cases when you ca spend your daily budget in 3-4 hours, and then your ad doesn't show for the rest of the day.

Another thing is about CTR. Daily budget is estimated using an average CTR . If your CTR is smaller, you will have the same amount of clicks predicted, but from more impressions.

Possibly even though you are searching your keywords many others may not be. So when YOU do your search Google has already computed the frequency and knows that your search will not take you over budget. What I am saying is your keywords may not see many searches so they show all the time. Hope you followed me.

Spending my whole budget is what could happen to me, since even with a very much lower budget than the suggested one, my ads are displayed just on every query.

It isn't the chase since I know what i will spend for the day and i set the budget at an adeguated amount (the suggested one is thousand times higher (!) )

I have found also that higher CPC ($ 0.75 - 1.50) makes the system stop my ads and sayng my budget was reached, even if i have spent only few dollars and my budget is set as the suggested budget (very high). This is very strange too and certainly is one of the hundreds bugs of adwords which main aims seems to filter contents that helping everage people to promote their businness.

My keywords are very popular, also i use many many keywords, so i think the thing about google frequency computation could not be applied to this.
