I've been trying to set up a new account for about 20 mins now, but everytime I get to the Choose Countries page I get a 403 error page (and not a pretty Google version either - just yer regular black on white unfriendly 'Forbidden' one)

Anyone else seeing this?

Based on the very limited info here, seaboy, it sounds to me as if you don't have cookies enabled on your machine.

I'd suggest checking your security settings to enable cookies at a medium level of security, and would also suggest adding AdWords as a trusted site. If you're not sure where and how to do this, AdWords support can be of assistance. (You can write them at adwords-support@google.com)

Thanks - but it's not that. Cookies are fine. I manage a number of accounts, and all day yesterday, and once so far this morning I've been getting the same 403 error on random pages.
For instance, I'll click on 'Edit Campaign Settings' and it will come up 403. If I click refresh sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. 5 mins later all will be fine again.
Is it just me?
