One of my keywords is in the #9 spot, so it's on the second page in Google search. The keyword shows 114 impressions. Are those impressions from the first page, or only when i'm displayed on the screen (second page)?

If you're saying your adwords ad is displaying on the second page, I do believe that is counted as an impression. Google is counting how many times they serve the ad, I believe, although I wonder if "serving the ad" counts when it's cued up, or when the browser presents the 2nd que..maybe Google Guy will wander through and let us know.

Being on page two really might affect how often it gets clicked though, if your target is a quick-feed type of searcher, they probably won't look at page two. (That really depends on your market though, if you attract researcher types, they may well hit the first 5 pages before deciding where to click.:)

Try to get your position up to 4 or 5 and see if there is an increase in the click thru rate. You don't want to have a low click thru, but you already know that. I personally don't find it helpful to fight for the top spot, my CTR has always been best in the 3rd and 4th positions.

Hope this helps!

Can't really say for sure that your keyword received all those 114 impressions in the position 9 (second page of search results).

Your position generally keeps changing all the time across 24 hours mainly because of your competitors reaching their daily budget and taking their ads offline. If that happens, your ad MAYBE shown in the first page (for a certain duration of time). You might have got some of those impressions when they were in the first page.
