Adwords not showing in partner or content sites.

Email replies from Adwords less than helpful.

I have been having trouble with an adwords account - the ads are not showing on any partner or content sites even though I've ticked the correct boxes and saved the changes. The ads have been on partner sites in the past with no problems.

Google's replies to my email are just stock answers telling me to tick the boxes in campaign settings. Has anyone else had a similar problem or any idea how to fix it? I wondered if I deleted the whole campaign and entered it again would that have any effect?

Partner sites like AOL only show the top 3 ads, not sure about the content sites, are you in the top 3 and still not seeing your ad on AOL?

Its OK, the ads are showing up now. I just had a reply from adwords which is interesting -

"Every time you make changes to your ad or if you create a new one, it needs to be reviewed by our AdWords Specialists prior to being shown on our partner sites."

I guess my ads weren't showing for a few days because I made some changes and like most of us the adwords staff have been on holidays for a few days.

So it seems to me - don't change your adwords just before a holiday or they'll go off the partner sites for a while.
