Well, going over my results it appears google customers occasionally click, twice, three times and occasionally four times or more.
What can I do? Any chance of getting money back?DO google track this?
Why am I throwing money down the drain.
customers can and do click on ads multiple times, especially if they go to your site, hit back, go to a competitors site, dont like what they see there, go back, and re-visit your site.
its bargain shopping, just make sure your prices are competitive.
Overture used to automatically filter out multiple clicks that occurred within some period of time (I forget how long), and I'd be amazed if Google didn't do the same.
Google told me recently (in the past month or so) that that they do have a "filter" to prevent click fraud. However I've had a couple cases of click fraud that got past it (a couple cases that i noticed, anyway... who knows how many more). I got a refund once and am in the process of getting another one, i hope (both on the same keyword, actually). I'd be interested to know more about how the filter works and how click fraud gets past it, if anyone knows.
This is first time I'm posting, nice to be here!
I signed up with <program removed> some days ago.
This is a Click Fraud Detection Software, and it looks pretty cool.
It places your clicks in 3 different groups: Low Fraud Risk, Medium Fraud Risk and High Fraud Risk.
One of my campaigns reported 430 out of 644 as High Fraud Risk! I don't know how much I can trust this, but I will test it further.
Another cool feature is that it produces a refund letter in PDF.
Just a tip!
