Reporting System has the hiccups...

perpetual pending status, and one new error I've never seen before

We're experiencing the "pending" problem on a couple of our large accounts, and a new problem I've never experienced on only one account. The report completes, but when you click on any reference to the completed report, you receive this message:

- Trying to view a report that no longer exists.
- Trying to view a report that doesn't belong to you.
- Trying to download a report that has not finished running.

If you believe you have reached this page in error, please double-check your report parameters and resubmit your information. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I've tried running the keyword report manually multiple times yesterday and today, with the same result.

AWA SOS, help? My rep is out until 4/11...

I also get the same problem when I access the report through the web interface. But if I get the URL from the API, then I am able to access that URL and retrieve that file. One caveat thought, that URL has the report only in the XML format.

I received that error on friday. It's related to the cache.

Clear your cache, and then try to access the page - should work.
