Negative keywords

Are they really there?

My question: why aren't these 388 negative campaign words listed when I open up each Ad's Edit Keywords function? And why don't they show up as negative keywords in each Ad's stats? They are supposed to be active across the entire campaign, but how do I really know they are when I can't see them active in each ad?

I suppose it's that way so that you can easily distinguish them by sight from AdGroup negative keywords.

Otherwise, you may edit them out of one AdGroups campaign by accident when in "Edit Keywords" for an AdGroup. The negative keywords really don't report any stats anyway, so there wouldn't be any advantage to seeing them repeated over and over.

I'd say it's a logical way of keeping them straight. You do see and can edit the "Campaign Negative Keywords" by campaign when at the campaign level.

I have a few Campaign Negatives that I want to be global, but also within AdGroups, I find it desirable to exclude a word here or there.
